Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Connect, operated by Hontryke SRL, tax identification number (CUI) 36387294, str. Liliacului 33, Strejnicu, Prahova, Romania ("we", "us"). By connecting Connect to an AI assistant and signing in, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Connect is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that lets AI assistants, such as Claude or ChatGPT, read business data from Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, WooCommerce and WordPress, in order to answer your questions and generate reports. Access to data is read-only.
2. Eligibility and access
- You must be at least 16 years old and use Connect for business or professional purposes.
- You may connect only Google accounts and access only data that you are authorized to access.
- We may restrict access to Connect to certain accounts or organizations.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Connect to access data without authorization or in breach of the terms of Google or other data sources;
- attempt to bypass authentication, access restrictions or usage limits;
- overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the service;
- use Connect for unlawful purposes.
4. Third-party services
Connect relies on services provided by third parties: Google APIs, the AI assistant you connect and the online stores or websites being queried. Your use of these services is also governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or how they process data.
5. AI-generated content
Answers, summaries and reports are generated by the AI assistant you use, based on the data returned by Connect. They may contain errors or inaccurate interpretations. Verify important information against the original sources before making decisions based on it.
6. Privacy
How we access, use and protect data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep Connect available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Connect is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or loss of data resulting from the use of Connect or from decisions based on the information it provides. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Connect at any time by removing it from your AI assistant and revoking access from your Google account permissions. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if required for security reasons.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The current version is always available at this address, with the date of the last update. Continued use of Connect after changes means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved amicably where possible and, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania.
